We strive to make our services accessible to everyone. In this context, special attention is paid to people with disabilities. This accessibility statement describes the steps we have taken to improve the digital accessibility of our services. This commitment is part of the European Accessibility Act and is part of our ongoing efforts to improve accessibility, taking into account the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Measures

In order to ensure the accessibility of our website, Delen OnLine and mobile application, we have taken the following concrete measures:

  • We use a high contrast feature to improve the readability of our website and mobile application.
  • Our blog posts have customisable font, line and paragraph spacing and are compatible with a digital voice assistant.
  • You can easily use our website with your keyboard.
  • All available videos can be paused.
  • The identification methods comply with accessibility requirements.

In addition, we provide training to our employees so that they are aware of practices to improve the accessibility of our services.

What we are working on

Optimising the digital accessibility of our services is an ongoing process. For our website and mobile application, we are committed to implementing the following changes, among others:

  • Make the mobile application available in dark mode.
  • Offer the option to adjust the font size in the mobile application.
  • Add a textual description when using images or icons.
  • Make our information available in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Provide subtitles for our videos.
  • Improve the user-friendliness of all functionalities of our website via keyboard navigation.
