As of now, you can use your telephone or smartphone to sign in. Swift, secure and simple!

How to sign in to Delen OnLine via phone verification?

  1. Fill in your (mobile) phone number and click ‘sign in’.
  2. If this is the first time, please contact your relationship manager or the helpdesk to receive a password.
  3. Log in with the password you receive and immediately change the password to a personal password.
  4. Click ‘continue’.
  5. If you use a mobile phone or smartphone, please click ‘verify code’. You will receive a text message with the verification code. Enter this code and click ‘verify code’.

    If you use a landline, you will be called by an automatic number and will need to press the hash key (#).
