Delen Private Bank NV has two strong and solid shareholders, Ackermans & van Haaren and the Delen family. Delen Private Bank is a credit institution under the supervision of the NBB (National Bank of Belgium) and the FSMA (the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority).

Ackermans & van Haaren, through its subsidiary FinAx, has a direct 78.75% stake in Delen Private Bank. The Delen family has a 21.25% participating interest in Delen Private Bank through the company Promofi NV.

Ackermans & van Haaren (AvH) group is an investment company active in four core sectors:

  • Energy & Resources

Ackermans & van Haaren's shares are listed in the BEL-20 and quoted on Euronext Brussels.

Capfi Delen Asset Management (Cadelam) is one of the management companies authorised by the Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) to conduct transactions in UCIs (‘undertakings for collective investment’, or investment funds).

Following the merger of Capital & Finance Asset Management with Bank Delen, the activities of Cadelam (the new name of Beursfondsen-Beheer) were expanded to include the fund management activities previously performed by Capital & Finance Asset Management.
